Bulk monitoring device SKSD 850.
Bulk control on the seed drill.
The bulk monitoring system developed in cooperation with Zürn GmbH & Co. KG, checks whether seed has been added to all monitored workstations when changing plots.
If this is not the case, the hoppers are prevented from being lifted and an error status is signaled.
In conjunction with a barcode scanner, it is possible to check whether the correct seed has been filled in and, if not, drilling can be interrupted. It is also possible to document which seed was sown on which plot.

The video opposite shows an example of the process. The lights on the devices and centrally in the shelter signal the different filling and triggering states.
