Acoustic safety alert system.
When lifting materials under negative pressure, it is necessary to permanently monitor the negative pressure and, in the event of a leak, to alert the vacuum loss. With the TLU 01 leakage monitor, this is efficiently realized for the broad field of vacuum lifting technology.

If a leak occurs, a warning signal sounds. This warning signal offers maximum safety.
The device is operated with a mono cell and achieves a service life of over a year thanks to its energy-optimized design.
The pressure is monitored in conjunction with the differentiation between creeping, unintentional pressure drops and controlled pressure drops when the transported goods are set down in the vacuum lifting technology.
The device operates from a vacuum of 0.2 bar in the pneumatic hose to be connected. No alarm is triggered if the vacuum is lower.
